1. How do I order?
To order, you can email me at sewsweetboutique1@yahoo.com with all of your order details (item, size, applique and/or monogram, colors, font, etc.). Please be as specific as possible.
2. How do I pay?
Payment is done through PayPal. PayPal is a very safe and secure way to pay online.Once the specifics of your order are confirmed, you will be sent a PayPal invoice. I will begin construction as soon as your payment is clear. If I am particularly busy, orders will be on a first come, first serve basis and I will let you know when work has begun on your order.
3. What is your turnaround time?
The turnaround time for order completion is one to three weeks at most. I do work on orders in the order that they come in (first come, first serve). If you need an item sooner, there will be a rush order charge of $5.00. Garments provided by the customer will be completed sooner than garments I have to order. If I am out of a particular item, I will order it as soon as possible and begin working on it upon its arrival.
4. What about shipping?
The shipping fee is $5.00 flat.
5. Can I pick it up?
Sure! If you live in the Raleigh/Cary/Apex area we can plan a time for you to pick up your order. If it's more convenient for me to meet you somewhere, we can arrange that as well.
6. Can I provide Sew Sweet with a personal item to monogram or applique?
Yes! If you provide Sew Sweet a personal item to work on, the price will be between $5 and $12 depending on the complexity of the design.
7. Can I put my appliqued items in the dryer?
I suggest that you do not put your appliqued items in the dryer. I take precautions to avoid shrinkage when applying fabric in all of my designs, but sometimes applique and dryers just don't mix. My recommendation is to wash the shirt inside-out and dry on gentle, or hang to dry.
8. What if there's a particular applique that I would like that I do not see on your site?
Just ask me! I can create most designs, so please let me know what it is you're thinking of and I will do my best to find it for you.
